Entertainment News Magazine: Where are you from?
Mandi Leigh: I was born in Fullerton, CA in Orange County. Grew up most of my life in AZ and moved back to Los Angeles, California when I was 18 to pursue my music career, and I've been in L.A. ever since!

ENM: What kind of songs do you enjoy singing the most and why?
ML: I love all types of music, but I really enjoy singing my ballads. Emotional, vocally focused songs are my favorite. That and when I'm home I love singing 40's and old standards while I'm cooking. I'm a huge Sinatra fan!

ENM: What do you do on weekends usually?
ML: This past weekend I had a signing and single release party on Friday that will be on the new reality show "The Release Party" and then I went to the studio for a meeting about some new songs. Saturday I had a radio interview and a taping with my management for my new podcast and Sunday I had a little time on the beach! When I'm doing a press tour that's usually a normal weekend for me.

ENM: Play or watch any sports? Which ones?
ML: I'm a BIG girlie girl so I don't watch a lot of sports. However, I love tennis! I love to play and to watch.

ENM: What do you look for in a guy?
ML: Someone who will support this dream of mine. A guy who is understanding, trust-worthy and funny!

ENM: What kind of music do you like?
ML: Pop, Rock, R&B, Pop-punk, standards and music of the 40's are my favorites.

ENM: How often do you get to travel, and where's your favorite place so far?
ML: I've been very fortunate and have traveled most of these past two years. My favorite place so far would probably be a tie between Aruba and Puerto Rico. They were beautiful.
